Welcome to DefendDomain. We provide domain and brand monitoring services to help businesses detect and mitigate impersonation threats, fraudulent activities, and brand misuse. By subscribing to our services ("Services"), you ("Client", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

2. Services Provided

DefendDomain offers the following Services:

• Domain & Brand Monitoring: Continuous monitoring of domain registrations, variations of your brand name, and related web activity to detect potential impersonation.
• Embedded Markers: Proprietary tracking technology that, when embedded on your website, helps us identify unauthorized copies or impersonation attempts.
• Intelligent Content Fingerprinting: Advanced digital fingerprinting of your website's content to detect replication, unauthorized use, or misrepresentation on third-party websites.
• Real-Time Alerts & Reports: Notifications when potential threats are detected, along with advisory support on mitigation strategies.

While our Services are designed to provide proactive monitoring and alerting, we do not guarantee the complete prevention of impersonation, cyber threats, or fraudulent activities.

3. Subscription, Contract Term & Payment

• Our Services require a minimum contract period of 12 months from the subscription start date.
• Payments must be made in advance on a [monthly/annual] basis, as per the selected plan.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• If payment is not received, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services.

4. Contract Renewal & Cancellation

• After the initial 12-month period, the contract will automatically renew for another 12-month term unless you notify us in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date.
• You may cancel your subscription after the minimum term by providing at least 30 days' notice before the contract renewal date.
• If you cancel before the end of the 12-month term, you remain liable for the remaining subscription fees for the contract period.
• We reserve the right to terminate your subscription if you breach these Terms or misuse our Services.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information for monitoring.
• Implement the embedded markers on your website as instructed, where applicable.
• Use our Services solely for lawful and internal business purposes.
• Not resell, distribute, or misuse the data provided through our Services.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We do not guarantee complete protection against domain impersonation, cyber threats, or fraud.
• We are not liable for losses resulting from cyber threats, third-party actions, or misuse of our Services.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services in the last 12 months.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, embedded markers, and content fingerprinting tools provided as part of the Services remain the intellectual property of DefendDomain. You may use them only for your internal business security and monitoring purposes.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring compliance with UK GDPR and relevant data protection laws.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation before legal proceedings.

10. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or our website.
